Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Come and join us for some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based self defense classes in a safe Christ centered atmosphere.

Schedule of Classes:

Kids (6-12 years old) - Mondays at 6:30PM

Kids (6-12 years old) - FUNdamentals Class - Fridays at 6:00PM

Adults - Mondays at 7:30PM and Fridays at 6:00PM

We focus on practical and leverage based techniques that can be applied by almost anyone against a much larger and stronger attacker, but most importantly we focus on studying the Word of God to help us defend our faith and ourselves against our main adversary in the battlefield of the mind. Classes are free and you are welcome to register at anytime. Participants are more than welcome to try any class. On Mondays we focus more on techniques and Fridays we base the class on drills. See you on the mats!

Strong Tower Self Defense Ministry is offering fundamental jiu jitsu classes for kids aged 6-12 on Friday nights from 6:00-6:45 pm.
