Welcome to our Kids Ministry!

The Kids Ministry is designed to help children know, love and serve Jesus with all their hearts in a safe, high energy, enriching environment for preschoolers to preteens. Our desire is to prayerfully come along side parents in their God-given responsibility to disciple their children. We are called and committed to do this through resourcing and equipping parents to be the primary spiritual influence in their children’s lives. While children are in our care, we aim to reach them with the love of God, providing an environment where the beauty of the Gospel is displayed and the Word of God is taught on their level. We do this trusting God to change hearts and lives along the way!

We value families worshiping together therefore we do not have Sunday School for 1-6 grades at our 8:30 hour. However we do have Sunday school for 1-6 grades at the 10:00 & 11:30 services. We encourage families to go to Worship one hour and Sunday school the other.

Your child’s safety is important to us!

FBC Melbourne has a tremendous staff of teachers and volunteers who have a heart for kids and sharing Jesus with them. All of our volunteers have been trained and background checked. We also have a process to securely check your child in and out of their classrooms.

How do I check in my children?

To do this we will get some basic information from you upon your first visit. Preschoolers check in at the south side of the Worship Center while elementary students check in upstairs in the Education building. You can use the form below to pre-register your children and save time getting checked in during your first visit!
