Children’s Ministry Assistant

Our Next Gen ministry runs on more than good intentions — it takes someone who loves the details as much as the mission. We’re looking for a part-time Children’s Ministry Assistant to come alongside our Children’s Pastor, keeping communication clear, events running smoothly, and families and volunteers feeling genuinely cared for.

Paid Childcare Worker

Our Paid Childcare Staff provide a safe, loving, fun environment for children while parents gather to study God’s Word and serve in various church ministries.

This position involves working 1-2 evenings per week, and you must be a member of First Baptist Church of Melbourne to apply. If interested, please contact Dianne Breidenbach at dianne@fbcmel.org.

Intern Program

FBC Melbourne is excited to announce our Ministry Internship Program. This program is designed to give individuals firsthand ministry experience in a local church environment. Interns will gain experience working with our Pastors and ministry leaders, as well as assisting with the overall functionality of the church. This internship is ideal for college students who are seeking purpose and practical application in a church ministry.
