It's a Matter of Life and Death
This 4-part series continues our study of John’s Gospel. Each message in this series deals with life and death in some way. We are the people in His palm—He guards us and gives us eternal life and no one can snatch us from His hand. Jesus is the resurrection and the life who raises his friend to life again. Ultimately Jesus is able to give us eternal life because He embraced “His hour” when it came, and was willing to die for the people so that we could live!
God's Playbook
This five-week evangelism series seeks to equip people to share the Gospel with the lost in our 321 area, as we prepare for the opening of our new worship center, and the unique opportunity we have in this season to impact lostness in our community. Many believers want to share the Gospel and know they should, but feel ill-equipped to do so. Drawing on a fall football theme, what we need is a “playbook”—we need to know what “plays” to run while we’re on the field (on mission) with King Jesus.
Faith That Wins
Only God knows what lies ahead…around the next bend, over the next hill… What challenges. What dangers. What battles. What opportunities. What excitement. While we do not know what comes next, we can trust in the One who does. What we need is faith….faith that depends. Faith that emboldens. Faith that inspires. And in the end we know that faith like that, faith in a God like our God is a faith that wins.
Identity Theft
Society constantly finds ways to authenticate and label who we are. We are quickly sorted into categories: Son, Daughter, Mother, Father, friend, employee… It’s so easy for these labels to become our identity. Many of us have allowed our identity to be stolen by lies and deception and are settling for less than what God intends for us, his children. Join us as we study through the book of Ephesians, where we will learn to embrace our true identity in Him!
God @ The Mic
There are lots of voices in our world today. Every day they are speaking to us. Every day they're vying for our attention and our focus. It's a new Year, and it's time to cut out all the other noise and all the other voices...because our God has something to say. This sermon series goes through the minor prophets. Our God in at the mic...so let's listen now to Him.
God Came Near
HE came not as a flash of light or as an unapproachable conqueror, but as One whose first cries were heard by a peasant girl and a sleepy carpenter. The hands that held Him were not manicured, but callused and dirty. No hype. No party. No hoopla. Join us the Christmas season as we discover together that God came near...for all of us.
